Charges laid in connection with fatal January 2024 home invasion

A Calgary man has been charged with manslaughter and more in connection with a fatal home invasion that happened more than a year ago.

Jarvais L. Eisnor, 44, faces charges of manslaughter, unlawful confinement, robbery, break-and-enter and aggravated assault.

John Wayne Davis, 53, was found dead in a home in the 0 to 100 block of Braden Crescent N.W. the morning of Jan. 4, 2024.

Two other individuals were found injured in the home as well.

Eisnor is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

Police say others might have been involved.
