Young driver loses control, charged with impaired

A vehicle came to a stop in the dirt after a young driver lost control and entered a construction zone.

South Simcoe Police report the single-vehicle collision happened near County Road 88 in Bradford West Gwillimbury.

Despite the incident, no injuries were reported.

A 20-year-old male from Innisfil has been charged with careless driving, as well as having a blood alcohol level over zero, which violates conditions for novice drivers.
