Liverpool, N.S., woman wanted on provincewide arrest warrant

A Liverpool, N.S., woman is wanted on a provincewide arrest warrant.

Queens County District RCMP says 38-year-old Tara Lee Wilson is facing charges of

• trafficking in drugs
• possession of a prohibited weapon
• three counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

Police describe Wilson as five-foot-three, 160 pounds, with red hair and green eyes.

“Police have made several attempts to locate Wilson and are requesting assistance from the public,” reads a news release from Nova Scotia RCMP.

Police are asking anyone with information about Wilson’s whereabouts to call 902-354-5721, their local police, or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
