Francis Trudeau

Francis Trudeau joined CTVNews.ca as a Montreal-based Digital Content Editor in 2017. Francis has covered multiple elections, Olympics and many breaking news events for CTVNews.ca and its social media platforms. He has a general interest in subjects like science, technology, sports and the environment. He also produces French newscasts that are broadcast in the Montreal metro. Before joining the CTV News digital team, Francis worked for Montreal-based media V Channel and local newspapers in Lanaudiere, Que. He also did a student internship at The Canadian Press. Francis is a member of the Bell Francization Committee since 2020. He is also a member of the Quebec Federation of Professional Journalists (FPJQ). Francis speaks French and English.
